Cigna letting people die

First Lady Melania,

I have sent this to President Trump also,

I need some help, As a responsible adult, you plan for the future. You cover your family and yourself with insurances, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance and Disability. Then pray you never need them. But when and if you do the last thing you would expect, especially when YOU purchased these insurances is that the company, (Cigna in this case), would deny you at every turn. They turn your world upside down with request after request for more information just to delay you, and then deny you hoping that you will give up, go away or just die. I was diagnosed with Hereditary Hemochromatosis Severity/Critical L5, Damage has been done, I'm literally rusting from the inside out. Cigna, even with close to 2000 pages of documentation and letters from my doctors explaining I am totally disabled and why. They still deny me the LTD I purchased. I have worked for 40 years and have always planned and prepared for my family in case something like this ever happened and prayed it never would. BUT!!!! It did. And now Cigna will not honor their contract. I'm slowly dying from this disease. This disease at this level is excruciatingly painful with some really bad symptoms associated. This disease is non-curable, progressive, and terminal. My doctors have validated, assessed and re-validated and reassessed on numerous occasions with MRI's, EDG's, ultrasounds and too many labs to count. I have my personal doctor (internist), an Oncologist/Hematologist, a pain management doctor (neurologist), 2 neurosurgeons and radiologist, a gastroenterologist a psychiatrist and counselor and a few more ....IST's The only treatment is phlebotomy but that is just to prevent future disease and slow down the progression of the Hemochromatosis which again is non-curable, progressive, and eventually terminal. I do not know if there is anything you can help with or not. But there are many cases like this with Cigna and it's just not right, people need to know. If there is anything you can help me with it will be greatly appreciated. You can contact me anytime. I am not just blowing off steam here, I'm looking for some help. Thank you, Ken Townsend 1-479-282-4199
